# May 13th midday announcement overview: HAOWU's subsidiary terminates guarantee for its subordinate company

HAOWU announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Neijiang Pengxiang Investment Co., Ltd., provided a joint liability guarantee for the financing limit of 25 million yuan applied by its subsidiary, Tianjin Huifenghang Automobile Sales Service Co., Ltd., to Toyota Financial Services, and signed the "Guarantee and Indemnity" with Toyota Financial on December 11, 2020. Given that Tianjin Huifenghang has fully settled the financing amount with Toyota Financial, and Neijiang Pengxiang issued an inquiry letter to Toyota Financial on April 23, 2025, regarding the company's intention to terminate the guarantee for its subsidiary, Toyota Financial replied confirming that Tianjin Huifenghang has settled all financing amounts and agreed to terminate Neijiang Pengxiang's guarantee responsibility
