# Emei Shan A Director and General Manager Ma Ling resigns

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Emei Shan Tour (000888.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from the company's director and general manager, Ma Ling. Ma Ling resigned from the positions of director, member of the board's Strategy and Sustainability (ESG) Committee, member of the board's Compensation and Assessment Committee, and general manager due to work reasons, and will no longer hold any position in the company after his resignation. According to the company's "Rules of Procedure for General Manager Office Meetings" and other regulations, the company's executive vice general manager, Chen Xuejiao, will temporarily preside over the general manager office meetings until the new general manager takes office
