# ALCHA: The Jinan State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission will transfer 32% of Qilu Financial Holdings' equity to Jinan Xiantou Group free of charge

Changlv Co., Ltd. announced that the upper equity structure of its controlling shareholder Qilu Financial has undergone adjustments, with the Jinan State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission transferring its 32% stake in Qilu Financial to Jinan Xiantou Group. This adjustment will not lead to changes in the company's controlling shareholder or ultimate actual controller; the direct controlling shareholder remains Qilu Financial, and the ultimate actual controller remains the Jinan State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. After the adjustment, Jinan Chanfazhi will still be the company's indirect controlling shareholder. This equity change does not trigger a tender offer and will not have a significant impact on the company's main business and operational activities
