According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Shunwang Technology (300113.SZ) has announced that, in accordance with the company's strategic plan, to meet the business development needs of its wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou WuLian Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "WuLian Technology") and to improve its financial structure, the company intends to use its own funds to increase its capital by 310 million yuan to WuLian Technology. After this capital increase is completed, WuLian Technology's registered capital will increase from 40 million yuan to 350 million yuan
