ST JIAJIAFOOD announced that on May 12, 2025, the company received a "Civil Ruling" from the Ningxiang People's Court forwarded by its controlling shareholder, Zhuoyue Investment. The court ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation application of Wanxiang Trust against Zhuoyue Investment. This bankruptcy liquidation matter of Zhuoyue Investment has not yet had a significant impact on the company's daily production and operations, and as of now, the company's production and operation situation is normal
