# Milkyway shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2% of the shares

According to the announcement from Milkyway (603713.SH), the company's shareholders Yan Ruo Investment, Yan Zhi Investment, and Yan Hui Investment plan to reduce their holdings through block trades, with a maximum reduction of 1.4363 million shares, 976,500 shares, and 750,300 shares respectively, which corresponds to a maximum reduction of 0.91%, 0.62%, and 0.47% of the company's total share capital, totaling no more than 2% of the company's total share capital. This will be conducted within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement.

The shareholders Yan Ruo Investment, Yan Zhi Investment, and Yan Hui Investment are employee stock ownership platforms, with shares sourced from before the company's IPO. The property shares held by their concerted action party, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Mr. Chen Yinhai and his immediate relatives, will not participate in this reduction plan
