LONGSHINE announced that its controlling shareholder's concerted actor, Wuxi Xijie, will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by 10.6624 million shares through centralized bidding from February 13, 2025, to May 12, 2025, accounting for approximately 0.99% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, Wuxi Xijie's shareholding ratio will decrease from 2.50% to 1.48%
