LYZY: The annual production line project of 100,000 tons of hydrocarbon-based biodiesel has been postponed to December 2025
LYZY announced that the company held a board of directors and supervisory board meeting on May 13, 2025, to review and approve the proposal for the extension of certain fundraising investment projects. The timeline for the "Annual Production of 100,000 Tons of Hydrocarbon-Based Biodiesel Production Line Project" to reach the designated usable state has been extended to December 2025. The original expected date for reaching the usable state was June 2023, and after the first change, the expected date was June 2025. Due to the company's optimization and adjustment of the project construction plan, the overall construction progress has been delayed. The project delay does not change the content, investment purpose, total investment amount, and implementing entity of the fundraising project, and there is no need to submit it for shareholder meeting review
