# ST SUNYES: The controlling shareholder and its concerted parties increased their holdings by 5.1974 million shares

> ST SUNYES announced that the controlling shareholder and its concerted parties increased their holdings of the company's shares by 5.1974 million shares from April 11, 2025, to May 12, 2025, accounting for 1.02% of the total share capital, with an increase in investment amounting to 18.8595 million yuan. After the increase, the shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder and concerted parties rose from 9.95% to 10.97%

ST SUNYES announced that the company's controlling shareholder Quzhou Baoxin Central Land Technology Development Partnership and its concerted actors Shanghai Outa Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Huasui Industrial Co., Ltd. cumulatively increased their holdings of the company's shares by 5.1974 million shares through centralized bidding transactions from April 11, 2025, to May 12, 2025, accounting for 1.02% of the company's total share capital, with an increase amount of 18.8595 million yuan. The increase plan has been completed. After the increase, Baoxin Central Land and its concerted actors held a total of 56.0231 million shares of the company, up from 50.8257 million shares, increasing their shareholding ratio from 9.95% to 10.97%
