According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TAYHO GROUP (002254.SZ) announced that the company's senior management personnel Gu Yumei plans to reduce the company's shares by a total of no more than 112,500 shares through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the announcement date of this reduction plan, starting from 15 trading days thereafter
