# Hinova: Yingchuang Power plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Hinova (688302.SH) has recently received a notice from its shareholder Yingchuang Power regarding the "Share Reduction Plan." Due to its own funding needs, Yingchuang Power plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.9803 million shares, accounting for 2% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the disclosure of the announcement, starting from 15 trading days thereafter
