According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Fangzhi Science & Technology (300235.SZ) announced that the company's shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares and director Chen Kerang, along with the company's director and general manager Zhang Wenkai, plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 2.6075 million shares, accounting for no more than 1.04% of the company's total share capital
