# STARGLORY HLDGS: Chen Zhaojian appointed as the company secretary

According to the announcement from Ronghui Holdings (08213), Ms. Lin Jie'en has terminated her appointment as the company secretary, the authorized representative of the company under the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Exchange"), and the authorized representative of the company for receiving legal documents and notices served in Hong Kong under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from May 13, 2025.

The board is pleased to announce that Mr. Chen Zhaojian has been appointed as the company secretary, the authorized representative under the GEM Listing Rules, and the authorized representative under the Companies Ordinance, effective from May 13, 2025. Mr. Chen meets the qualification requirements for company secretaries under GEM Listing Rules 5.14 and 11.07
