# CHINASILVER TEC and Aisino Technology have signed a strategic cooperation agreement

> CHINASILVER TEC has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Aisense Technology, aiming to expand new businesses such as digital energy, virtual power plants, microgrids, and solar storage charging. This cooperation will enhance CHINASILVER TEC's business innovation capabilities and sustainable growth, and the board believes that this agreement aligns with the overall interests of the company and its shareholders

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHINASILVER TEC (00515) announced that the group has been actively seeking new business opportunities to expand its operations and enhance long-term growth and shareholder value. The company's board of directors is pleased to announce that on May 13, 2025, the company entered into a strategic cooperation agreement (strategic cooperation agreement) with Ainosen Technology Co., Ltd. (strategic partner), which involves consulting, design, operation, and investment establishment in digital energy, virtual power plants, microgrids, and solar storage charging (new business).

Through cooperation with strategic partners in new business areas, the group will be able to enhance its business innovation capabilities, strengthen its sustainable growth potential, and benefit from the integration of resources and complementary advantages of both parties. For the above reasons, the board believes that entering into the strategic cooperation agreement is in the overall interest of the company and its shareholders
