# TOYOU's two shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 1.525% of the shares

According to the announcement from Tongyou Technology (300302.SZ), Mr. Yang Yongsong, a shareholder holding 8.38% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 4.7926 million shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, which is no more than 1.0000% of the company's total share capital.

Ms. Yang Jianli, a shareholder holding 2.10% of the company's shares, plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 2.5159 million shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, which is no more than 0.5250% of the company's total share capital
