# FRIEND: Hangsheng Partners plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, FRIEND (605050.SH) stated that on May 14, 2025, it received a notice from Hangsheng Partners regarding the reduction of shares in FRIEND Co., Ltd. Due to its own funding needs, Hangsheng Partners plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.9283 million shares through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for no more than 1% of the total shares of the company; at the same time, Hangsheng Partners plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 9.8566 million shares through block trading within three months after three trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for no more than 2% of the total shares of the company. In summary, Hangsheng Partners plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 14.7849 million shares in total, accounting for no more than 3% of the total shares of the company
