# SCTE plans to increase its investment in the affiliated company Yalongjiang Company by 1.632 billion yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SCTE (600674.SH) announced that the company plans to increase its capital by 1.632 billion yuan to Yalong River Basin Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yalong River Company") in proportion to its shareholding. Yalong River Company is a subsidiary jointly invested by SCTE and State Power Investment Corporation (referred to as "State Power Investment").

Yalong River Company is responsible for the development of hydropower resources in the Yalong River, fully responsible for the construction and management of the Yalong River cascade hydropower stations, and actively promotes the construction of a green, clean, and renewable energy demonstration base that integrates water, wind, and solar power in the Yalong River Basin. Increasing capital in Yalong River Company is beneficial for accelerating the construction of the integrated water and wind-solar base in the Yalong River Basin, which is of great significance for ensuring the funding needs for base construction, reducing project construction costs, improving project operating performance, ensuring the matching of project credit funds, maintaining a stable asset-liability ratio, and serving the long-term interests of shareholders
