# Shengjian Technology: Kunsheng Enterprise Management plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1% of its shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Shengjian Technology (603324.SH) announced that Kunsheng Enterprise Management plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1,490,740 shares (i.e., no more than 1% of the company's total share capital) within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days after the disclosure. Additionally, the total number of shares reduced through centralized bidding trading within any consecutive 90 days shall not exceed 1% of the total number of company shares
