# HYTY establishes an overseas subsidiary to expand international business

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HYTY (300891.SZ) announced that in order to fully adapt to changes in the international environment and based on the overall plan for developing overseas business, the company's general manager's office meeting has approved the establishment of an overseas joint venture subsidiary in Singapore. Recently, HYTY (Asia Pacific) Private Limited (referred to as "joint venture subsidiary") has completed the registration procedures and obtained the certificate of incorporation.

The purpose of this foreign investment to establish a joint venture subsidiary in Singapore is mainly to expand international business and improve the efficiency of the company's overseas operations
