According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sunshine Circuits (300739.SZ) has disclosed a share repurchase plan. The total amount of funds for this repurchase will not be less than RMB 15 million (inclusive) and will not exceed RMB 25 million (inclusive). The repurchase price per share will not exceed RMB 18.16 (inclusive), and the repurchased shares will be used for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives
