Sinofibers announced that its shareholder Huatai Investment, holding more than 5% of the shares, will transfer 22.393 million unrestricted circulating shares to Sinopec Capital at a transfer price of 29.12 yuan per share, totaling 652 million yuan. This agreement has been approved by China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation and the transfer registration has been completed. This share transfer still requires compliance confirmation from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the handling of share transfer registration by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited
