# STEP directors and senior management plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, STEP (002527.SZ) announced that Mr. Wang Chunxiang, a director holding 2.12% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1 million shares (accounting for 0.15% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement.

Mr. Cai Liang, the company's deputy general manager holding 1.25% of the shares, also plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1 million shares (accounting for 0.15% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
