The reduction period is from May 8, 2025, to May 13, 2025, with an average reduction price of 17.24 yuan. After the reduction, Zhonglan Futong holds 2,160,700 shares in the company, accounting for 2.14% of the total share capital. This reduction is consistent with the previously disclosed reduction plan and does not involve any violations
