# KHUA: Guangfeng Qichen plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Guanghua Co., Ltd. (001333.SZ), its shareholder Hangzhou Guangfeng Qichen Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Guangfeng Qichen"), which holds 3.22% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.84 million shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the announcement date, specifically from June 7, 2025, to September 6, 2025
