According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YUANLI ACTIVE CARBON (300174.SZ) announced that its shareholder Fujian SANAN Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "SANAN Group"), which holds 21.4632 million shares, accounting for 5.9691% of the company's total share capital (after excluding the number of shares in the company's repurchase special account), plans to reduce its holdings by a total of no more than 10.7871 million shares through centralized bidding and/or block trading, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital (after excluding the number of shares in the company's repurchase special account)
