Coliwoo founder Lin Longtian stated that this project is a strategic milestone designed to offer guests an immersive experience that connects Singapore's traditions and culture. Another project at 453 Balestier Road is expected to open in June this year LHN Group (01730.HK) announced that its co-living subsidiary brand Coliwoo has opened the Coliwoo Hotel Kampong Glam on Arab Street in Singapore this month, aiming to provide travelers with an alternative option for short-term accommodation experiences. The hotel has four floors and features 24 rooms, each with a minimum area of 15 square meters, equipped with advanced self-check-in systems, designed to offer travelers a hassle-free modern living experience. Additionally, another project under the Coliwoo brand, 453 Balestier Road, is also expected to open in June this year.
