# CAIDA SECURITIES: Appointed Hu Hangsong as Executive Vice President

CAIDA SECURITIES announced that the company will hold the sixth meeting of the fourth board of directors on May 15, 2025, to review and approve the "Proposal on the Appointment of Executive Vice President." The appointment of Mr. Hu Hengsong as Executive Vice President is agreed upon, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the expiration of the fourth board of directors. Mr. Hu Hengsong, born in October 1979, holds a doctoral degree and is currently the Deputy General Manager of the company. He does not hold any shares in the company and has no relationship with the company's controlling shareholders, actual controllers, shareholders holding more than 5%, other directors, supervisors, or senior management personnel
