According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Huangma Technology (603181.SH) announced that its shareholder Shaoxing Duoyin Duo Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Duoyin Duo") intends to reduce its holdings of no more than 6.26 million shares of the company through block trading or centralized bidding within 90 days after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement due to its own funding needs, with a maximum of no more than 5.887 million shares through centralized bidding
