According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Wangfujing (600859.SH) announced that as of May 15, 2025, the implementation period for the company's share repurchase has expired, and the total amount of repurchased shares has exceeded the lower limit of the total repurchase funds in the repurchase plan. This repurchase has been completed. During the implementation period, the company has actually repurchased 11.118 million shares, accounting for 0.98% of the current total share capital of 1,135,049,451 shares. The lowest transaction price was 11.53 yuan/share, the highest price was 17.15 yuan/share, and the total transaction amount was 150 million yuan (excluding commissions, transfer fees, and other transaction costs)
