According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Baida Precision (603331.SH) announced that on May 15, 2025, it received a "Notice Letter" issued by Hangzhou Chonghu Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. - Chonghu - Yunsu No. 1 Private Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as "Hangzhou Chonghu"). During the period from May 13, 2025, to May 14, 2025, Hangzhou Chonghu reduced its holdings by a total of 1.368 million shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange, accounting for 0.68% of the company's latest total share capital, of which 1.368 million shares were reduced through centralized bidding transactions, also accounting for 0.68% of the company's latest total share capital
