According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Amarsoft (300380.SZ) stated that the company's controlling shareholder Shanghai Amar Technology Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Amar Development") and one of the actual controllers, Mr. Gao Ming, issued a "Notice on the Reduction of Company Shares Reaching an Integer Multiple of 1%." From May 6, 2025, to May 14, 2025, a total of 985,407 shares will be reduced, accounting for approximately 0.71%
