# NHPIGCL plans to spend 215 million yuan to acquire the Beijing Changping project

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, New Huangpu (600638.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire the Silicon Valley SOHO-2 building project in Changping District, Beijing, with a property consideration of RMB 215 million. Based on a construction area of 21,759 square meters, the unit price is RMB 9,880 per square meter. This asset acquisition transaction will further enhance the company's business scale, expand the company's business regional layout, strengthen market development capabilities, and enhance the company's sustainability and profitability, aligning with the company's future development strategy and the interests of all shareholders
