ArcSoft: Shareholder inquiry transfer of 8.0234 million shares at a reduction price of 38.59 yuan/share
ArcSoft announced that shareholder HomeRun and its concerted party HKR reduced their holdings in the company by 8.0234 million shares through a price inquiry transfer, with a transfer price of 38.59 yuan per share. After the transfer is completed, the combined shareholding ratio of HomeRun and its concerted party HKR will decrease from 34.06% to 32.47%. This price inquiry transfer will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller
