According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JIANGSU YANGDIAN SCIENCE&TECHNOLOGY (301012.SZ) announced that for the 2024 fiscal year, the company plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 1.42 per 10 shares (including tax) to all shareholders and to increase the capital stock by 4 shares for every 10 shares held by all registered shareholders using the capital reserve. The ex-dividend date (ex-rights date) is May 23, 2025. The listing date for the newly circulated shares is May 23, 2025
