# HPGC branch company lists part of its idle assets for lease

According to the announcement from HPGC (600664.SH), the company has developed a comprehensive planning scheme for the idle factory buildings of HPGC No. 6 located at 326 Nan Zhi Road, Daowai District, Harbin, in order to activate existing idle assets and improve asset utilization efficiency. According to the planning scheme, the company intends to revitalize some idle factory buildings through public leasing.

The leasing targets that the company intends to lease out are located at 326 Nan Zhi Road, Daowai District, Harbin, with an idle site area of 64,868.20 square meters and a building area of 177,655.75 square meters, consisting of a total of 22 buildings. The factory buildings for public leasing this time are buildings No. 03, No. 04, No. 05, No. 07, and No. 23, with a total building area of 88,850.34 square meters. The supporting facilities such as the substation and fire pump room are not included in the public leasing.

The leasing of these idle assets is beneficial for improving asset utilization efficiency, bringing stable rental income to the company, and will have a positive impact on the company's future financial situation
