# ST COSHIP: The company’s application to revoke the delisting risk warning and other risk warnings is still subject to approval by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

\*ST COSHIP announced that the company has applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the delisting risk warning and other risk warning matters, which are currently in the supplementary materials stage. According to Article 9.1.12 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the period for supplementary materials does not count towards the deadline for the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to make relevant decisions. The company will fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner based on the progress of this application, and the relevant information shall be subject to the announcements published by the company in designated information disclosure media. The company's application for the cancellation of the delisting risk warning and other risk warnings is still subject to approval by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and there is uncertainty regarding whether the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will grant approval
