Salesforce (CRM.US) has introduced a new pricing model for its AI products, charging approximately 10 cents per operation when customers use certain AI agents.

The company also allows customers to reallocate spending from traditional software subscriptions to its AI agent products.

Previously, Salesforce charged $2 per conversation for its AI agents, and this pricing model remains applicable for customer service and other uses
