According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, STEC (600820.SH) announced that its controlling shareholder Shanghai Urban Construction (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Urban Construction Group") plans to increase its holdings of the company's shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system in a manner permitted by the exchange, including centralized bidding, block trading, and asset management plans, from the date of this announcement until May 15, 2026. The total amount of the increase will not be less than RMB 250 million and not exceed RMB 500 million, and the number of shares acquired will not exceed 2% of the total share capital
