# In the first quarter, ROAD KING INFRA's total property sales amounted to 2.295 billion yuan

> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ROAD KING INFRA announced that as of the three months ending March 31, 2025, the group has signed contracts amounting to RMB 1.761 billion. Together with the untransferred contract amount of RMB 534 million, the group's total property sales for the three months amounted to RMB 2.295 billion. As of the three months ending March 31, 2025, the toll revenue from highway projects and the average daily mixed traffic volume were HKD 409 million and 85,000 vehicles, respectively

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ROAD KING INFRA (01098) announced that as of the three months ending March 31, 2025, the group has signed contracts amounting to RMB 1.761 billion. Together with the untransferred contract amount of RMB 534 million, the total property sales for the three months amounted to RMB 2.295 billion.

As of the three months ending March 31, 2025, the toll revenue from highway projects and the average daily mixed traffic volume were HKD 409 million and 85,000 trips, respectively
