# CHEN DIAN INTERNATIONAL plans to carry out strategic cooperation with Huajun New Energy around centralized wind power projects and others

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHEN DIAN INTERNATIONAL (600969.SH) announced that the company plans to have its wholly-owned subsidiary Hunan Chen Dian New Energy Development Co., Ltd. acquire the equity of the project subsidiaries of Huajun New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huajun New Energy"). On May 16, 2025, the company and Huajun New Energy reached a strategic cooperation intention and signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement," under which both parties will carry out strategic cooperation around centralized wind power projects based on their respective advantageous resources.

The company's wholly-owned subsidiary Hunan Chen Dian New Energy Development Co., Ltd. will acquire 51% or more of the equity of three project subsidiaries of Huajun New Energy, with the project subsidiaries being controlled by the company. Both parties will combine their strategic layouts and plans, leveraging resource endowments and location conditions, and fully utilize their respective influence, brand advantages, financial advantages, and resource advantages in the energy industry, power station operation, local and government levels to jointly develop the Yizhang Dongguoling Wind Farm Phase II project, the Guiyang Yuehe Wind Power Supplement Expansion Project, and the Linwu County Jinshiling Wind Farm Project. Once the projects are completed and put into operation, they will be directly connected to the company's power grid.

The signing of the "Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Huajun New Energy to jointly develop centralized wind power projects is beneficial for the company to reduce comprehensive electricity purchase costs; in addition, it can accelerate the development of new energy and promote the company's green and low-carbon transformation
