# Heli Technology appoints Wu Haitao as Chief Financial Officer

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Heli Technology (603917.SH) announced that the company's board of directors recently received a resignation report submitted by the Chief Financial Officer Wang Guowei. Wang Guowei applied to resign from the position of Chief Financial Officer for personal reasons, and after resigning, he will not hold any position in the company.
