# Bayi Space plans to spend between 50 million and 100 million yuan to repurchase shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Bayi Space (688181.SH) disclosed a share repurchase plan. The amount for this share repurchase will not be less than RMB 50 million (inclusive) and will not exceed RMB 100 million (inclusive). The funding sources for the repurchase will be the company's own funds and a special stock repurchase loan provided by the Beijing branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. (referred to as "SPDB Beijing Branch"), with the special loan amount not exceeding RMB 70 million. The repurchase price will not exceed RMB 40 per share (inclusive), and the repurchased shares will be used for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives
