# HUITIAN THERMAL POWER received a warning letter from the Liaoning Securities Regulatory Bureau

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HUITIAN THERMAL POWER (000692.SZ) announced that on May 14, 2025, it received a decision from the Liaoning Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the issuance of a warning letter to Shenyang HUITIAN THERMAL POWER Co., Ltd., Zheng Yun, Chen Weiguo, Hao Jie, and Li Zhi.

The warning letter pointed out that HUITIAN THERMAL POWER failed to timely disclose a significant lawsuit involving an amount of 35 million yuan. The company's actions violated the provisions of Article 22, Paragraphs 1 and 2, Item 1 of the Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies. According to Article 51, Paragraph 2 of the Information Disclosure Measures, the then Chairman and General Manager Chen Weiguo, General Manager Zheng Yun, Acting Chairman Hao Jie, and Board Secretary Li Zhi should bear primary responsibility for the aforementioned violations
