# YaGuang Technology's subsidiary Chengdu YaGuang has signed a production preparation agreement with two special institutional clients

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YaGuang Technology (300123.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary Chengdu YaGuang Electronics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chengdu YaGuang" or "Party B") recently signed a "Product Estimated Preparation Agreement" (referred to as "Agreement 1") with Special Institutional Client 1 (referred to as "Client 1"), with an estimated total amount of 117 million yuan, and signed a "Product Estimated Preparation Agreement" (referred to as "Agreement 2") with Special Institutional Client 2 (referred to as "Client 2"), with an estimated total amount of 178 million yuan
