# HCR granted 3.74542 million restricted shares to 124 incentive recipients

According to the announcement from HCR (688500.SH), the company has approved the proposal regarding the granting of restricted stocks to the incentive recipients under the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan. The grant date is set for May 16, 2025, with a grant price of 16.83 yuan per share, granting a total of 3.74542 million restricted stocks to 124 incentive recipients (among them, 72 incentive recipients will receive 1.926 million shares of the first type of restricted stocks, and 90 incentive recipients will receive 1.81942 million shares of the second type of restricted stocks)
