According to the Zhitong Finance APP, VITAL NEW MATERIAL (301319.SZ) announced that the company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 8 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders in the year 2024, and at the same time, to increase capital reserves by distributing 4.5 additional shares for every 10 shares to all shareholders. The record date for this equity distribution is May 21, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is May 22, 2025
