# Fenda Tech and related personnel received a warning letter from the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Fenda Tech (002681.SZ) announced that the company and relevant personnel recently received the "Decision on the Issuance of a Warning Letter to Shenzhen Fenda Technology Co., Ltd. and Xiao Fen, Xie Yuping, Xiao Xiao, and Zhou Guiqing" issued by the Shenzhen Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The decision pointed out that the company has the situation of the actual controller's fund occupation and failed to disclose the non-operating fund transactions of the actual controller in a timely manner; there are issues with the financial accounting of the repurchase of shares, which affects the accuracy of the company's relevant financial information disclosure
