# Raysharp plans to invest no more than 45 million yuan to establish a partnership enterprise

According to the announcement from Allianz Raysharp (301042.SZ), in order to improve the company's revenue structure and explore new profit growth points, the company plans to jointly establish a partnership (limited partnership) with the state-owned enterprises under the government of Linping District, Hangzhou. The investment direction will mainly focus on high-quality enterprises in key industries such as artificial intelligence, new energy, new materials, and intelligent manufacturing, introducing research and industrial resources from universities in Hangzhou to promote the company's technological innovation and industrial upgrading. The scale of the partnership will not exceed 150 million yuan (the specific amount will be based on the actual raised funds), of which the company will contribute no more than 45 million yuan from its own funds, accounting for 30% of the partnership's contribution (subject to the actual signed partnership agreement)
