# NanFang Precision: Plans to adjust the A-share issuance scheme to specific targets, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 202 million yuan

NanFang Precision announced that in order to promote the smooth progress of the issuance of A-shares to specific targets, and in conjunction with the company's actual situation, the company plans to adjust the amount of funds raised in this issuance. After the adjustment, the number of shares issued will not exceed 30% of the company's total share capital before the issuance, and the total amount of funds raised will not exceed 202 million yuan. The raised funds will be used for the construction projects of precision braking and transmission component production lines and precision industrial bearing production lines. This issuance is subject to approval by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and must be registered with the China Securities Regulatory Commission before implementation
