# YNBY INTL appoints Liu Huaiyu as Executive Director

According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, YNBY INTL (00030) announced that Mr. Liu Zhouyang and Mr. Qian Yinghui have no intention to seek re-election and will respectively step down as executive director and non-executive director at the end of the annual general meeting. After the conclusion of the annual general meeting, Mr. Qian Yinghui will also no longer serve as a member of the audit committee.

As the second resolution regarding the election of Mr. Liu Huaiyu as executive director and the third resolution regarding the election of Mr. He Tao as non-executive director have been formally approved at the annual general meeting, the appointments of Mr. Liu Huaiyu as executive director and Mr. He Tao as non-executive director will take effect at the end of the annual general meeting, filling the vacancies left by the resignations of Mr. Liu Zhouyang and Mr. Qian Yinghui. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. He Tao has also been appointed as a member of the board's audit committee to replace Mr. Qian Yinghui
